    Dr. Adam McKenzie

    Chiropractor & Founder

Dr Adam McKenzie is a chiropractor, entrepreneur and movement builder devoted to one core mission: helping people live life in full expression.

As the founder of Chiropractic Life and the driving force behind IllumIN8 LIFE and the ROOT CAUSE Movement, Adam has dedicated his career to shifting the conversation around health from symptom management to human potential. He believes the body is not broken, that movement is the essential nutrient, and that when the nervous system is clear and connected, people do not just function better, they live better.

Adam’s work bridges science, philosophy and practical action. Through his work, he explores the deeper drivers of chronic illness, performance and vitality, drawing on research, clinical experience and thought leaders in neurophysiology and chiropractic. His ROOT CAUSE book series and large scale community events challenge the dominant pathogenic model of health and present a salutogenic approach centred on resilience, adaptability and personal responsibility.

Beyond the clinic and the stage, Adam is passionate about mobilising communities. His ROOT CAUSE live events are designed not only to transform individual health but to raise significant funds for local sporting clubs, schools and community groups. By blending education, inspiration and grassroots fundraising, he aims to create both healthier individuals and stronger communities.

Adam is also committed to research and collaboration. He has worked on proposals addressing chronic ear infections in Indigenous communities, exploring how chiropractic care may support neuro sensory function, learning outcomes and long term wellbeing. His broader research interests include vagal tone, mental health, immune function and the impact of lifestyle stress on modern Australians.

Adam’s projects extend into innovative spaces including Inve$TORU$, an initiative focused on wealth creation aligned with purpose and contribution. Across every venture he undertakes, the common thread is growth, coherence and helping people step into who they are truly capable of becoming. At heart, Adam is driven by a simple but profound belief: health is not merely the absence of disease, but the presence of vitality, clarity and purpose. Chiropractic, for him, is more than a profession. It is a vehicle for awakening potential, restoring connection and empowering individuals to rise as the hero in their own story. He doesn’t do chiropractic, he IS chiropractic!

His life’s work is about helping people move better, think clearer, lead stronger and live fully. In Adam’s world, true success is not measured by titles or turnover, but by the number of lives elevated and the depth to which people are inspired to become the best version of themselves.
