This privacy policy applies to Vivaci Industries Pty Ltd trading as Chiropractic Life (ABN 18 167 496 166) and to the following companies that trade as licensee under the name Chiropractic Life: BM Chiro Pty Ltd (ABN 91 646 298 893), PM Chiro Pty Ltd (ABN 97 646 303 246), RM Chiro Pty Ltd (ABN 39 646 303 380), SM Chiro Pty Ltd (ABN 71 646 299 112), and WM Chiro Pty Ltd (ABN: 28 647 631 374) (together referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the company” in this policy. All customers, clients, and practice members of the company are referred to in this policy as “you” or “your”.

We respect your right to privacy and are committed to complying with the Privacy Act (The Act) 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles 2014 (APP) and the privacy provisions of all applicable legislation.

This privacy policy covers all personal information we hold, that is, information, or an opinion about an individual, whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from that information or opinion. This includes information we have collected from people through our office, over the phone and over the internet.
