Dr. Frank Whelan
Chiropractor
Dr Frank’s passion for health and wellness began in 2000 after reading about an Englishman who set a goal to live to 100 and passed away happily on his 100th birthday, surrounded by family and friends. Inspired by this, Dr Frank adopted the same goal for himself.
This new ambition posed challenges: How would he stay healthy enough to achieve it, and what would he do with his time? In 2005, chiropractic care provided the answers.
At that time, after 30 years in retail, Dr Frank sought a change. At 48, he returned to university to become a chiropractor.
In his practice, he emphasises posture and believes proper alignment helps individuals achieve optimal performance through innate intelligence.
Dr Frank has been married to Elizabeth for 45 years and has two children, Michael and Jessica, and four grandchildren. A passionate Melbourne Demons supporter, he starts each day with a trip to the gym or a walk.
