Sarah completed her studies at Murdoch University in Perth, graduating with her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic.
Sarah believes that each person has a different journey to wellness and it is important to educate each person about how to keep their body as happy and healthy as it can be. With experience working with WA state league Football and Rugby teams, Sarah gained valuable skills with athletes and experienced firsthand how Chiropractic can optimise performance. She believes that the best care often requires a multi-disciplinary approach and incorporates her knowledge of nutrition and rehab to optimise outcomes and a human’s ability to heal!
Outside of the clinic, Sarah loves all things at the beach and in the water, and spends her time swimming, diving and snorkelling.

Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic)
Graduating from RMIT in Melbourne, Stefan is passionate about unleashing the trapped potential within our nervous systems, liberating the optimal expression of our innate intelligence within our bodies. Stefan gives particular focus to the first two segments of the spine (Upper Cervical) to make the greatest change and frequents Brisbane three times a year to up-skill himself in this area. If he’s not adjusting spines, you’ll find him immersed in creating music or furthering his knowledge base.
In his late teens and early twenties, Daniel got into powerlifting and bodybuilding. As his interest for this developed, so did his interest for the human body and how it works. He was looking for natural ways to improve function and ability to perform better when he came across Chiropractic. After experiencing Chiropractic and how different the approach to health is, he was determined to be a part of this profession and help people live their best life. Shortly thereafter Daniel moved to New Zealand to study at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, widely known to provide the best Chiropractic education in the world.
Daniel has a special interest in ideal function and optimal wellbeing, and how these concepts are linked together. He strives to help practice members reach their goals, whether big or small, and be able to live their lives the way they want.
Upon graduating, Dr Baldock worked extensively throughout South America running various Chiropractic clinics and continuing to offer Chiropractic care to those who needed it most. This work with outreach programs gave Dr Baldock a very unique and diverse skillset, and he is still as passionate as ever about caring for his community.
Led to chiropractic by her deep-seated desire to serve others and make a difference in her community, Dr. Kara has a special interest in chiropractic care for pregnancy and delivery, for children with neuro-developmental challenges, such as ADHD and autism, and for peak performance athletes. Herself a keen amateur martial artist, she delights in watching fighters take their performance to the next level with a clear nerve system.
Kara is proficient in variety of chiropractic frameworks including Diversified manual, drop assist, SOT, Activator, Thompson, NET, and BGI.
Other than chiropractic, Lochie loves dad jokes, fishing, and complaining how hot Darwin is compared to his native Victoria.
In addition to full time practice, Adam now coaches and mentors other Chiropractors, like Dr. Andrew mentored him as a young pup. As if that weren’t enough to keep him busy, Adam also teams up with the government for Chiropractic research projects in Indigenous communities. Always looking to pay it forward, Adam recently liaised with Charles Darwin University to facilitate easier studies for a new generation of Chiropractors.
She studied chiropractic at RMIT University in Melbourne. Since graduating in 2014, Valentine has worked in Kenya, South Australia and has recently moved back to Melbourne. She has undertaken further studies in functional neurology and is currently pursuing a postgraduate studies in chiropractic paediatrics. She is passionate about working with children and families and encourages creating a healthy generation.
Her interests lay in music, creative arts, travel, food and adventure. She enjoys a good cup of coffee and a great restaurants.
Valentine is excited to join our team and is looking forward to helping you along your health journey.
Holly’s love of being active and horse riding led indirectly to finding her vocation as a Chiropractor. After a horse-riding accident at 14 years old, Holly found herself at a Chiropractor, who educated her about health and how her body heals itself naturally. She has never looked back!
After graduating from New Zealand College of Chiropractic, Holly worked in Perth, WA, before traveling around Australia as a locum, and ending up in Townsville, QLD with Chiropractic Life. During her time locuming she experienced lots of different practices, with focuses from sports to children to farming communities. Holly has also been undertaking extra studies in paediatrics.
Having personally experienced the amazing benefits of being under care, Holly is passionate about helping anyone who wants to improve their health, body and life! Being a part of people’s journeys is a real honour, and something that she loves doing every day.
Besides Chiropractic, Holly’s other joys in life include anything outdoors, especially the ocean, her fiancé Josh, and their rescue dog Alkira.
Since he was very young, Cameron knew he wanted to dedicate himself to helping other people, which made becoming a chiropractor an easy decision. He graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, and is now on a mission to serve the families in his community.
Dr Aaron Stewart (chiropractor) is a graduate from RMIT University in Victoria, completing his Masters in Clinical Chiropractic and graduating with distinction.
Aaron is passionate about getting people healthier and functioning at their absolute best. It was this that saw him observe a number of different health professionals in South West Victoria as a teenager and eventually it was a no brainer that a Doctor of Chiropractic was the way to go!
What makes Aaron the happiest is seeing so many people able to do the things they love doing without any pain or symptoms and being the best version of themselves that they can be.
It is not only Aaron’s passion for Chiropractic care, but also both nutrition and exercise that puts him in a position to provide people with the most optimum overall results.
Aaron has worked with newborns right up to his oldest ever practice member at 99 years young and believes everyone can benefit from specific neuro-structual chiropractic care.
Dr Aaron is a current member of the Chiropractors Association of Australia, The Gonstead Chiropractic Society of Australia and the Australia Health Practitioners Registration Agency.
