Dr Theo Blöte is a passionate chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve better health through natural, holistic chiropractic care.

Originally from the Netherlands, Theo has called Australia home for many years and has built a reputation for providing genuine, patient-centred care focused on long-term health and wellbeing.

As a husband and father of five, Theo understands the importance of keeping families healthy and active. He is passionate about educating practice members on the role of the nervous system and helping people function at their best so they can enjoy life, move well, and thrive.

Theo has extensive experience caring for people of all ages, from newborns and children through to adults, athletes, pregnant women, and seniors. He utilises a range of techniques including Diversified Chiropractic, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), kinesiology, corrective care, wellness care, and subluxation-focused chiropractic care.

His areas of interest include family wellness, pregnancy and paediatric care, posture, spinal health, headaches, neck and back pain, and sports performance.

Outside the practice, Theo enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, exploring the outdoors, and snorkelling.
